Susan Freimark leverages three decades of experience guiding academics and medical professionals through the nuances of professional and leadership growth. She fosters a relationship that encourages the individual to develop a customized career vision statement that reflects where the individual is now, rather than one based on external expectations. Taking that vision statement, she guides clients through the steps of creating an action plan, identifying challenges at each stage and working out a plan to address those obstacles. 

Freimark is a board-certified coach who is accredited in Executive Leadership Coaching and Career Coaching. She possesses knowledge and insight into the nuances of academic medicine, power differentials in the workplace, and the stresses of the demanding careers of university faculty, researchers, and clinical medical professionals.
